Ingredients

  • For the pancakes

  • 165 g mix for pancakes
  • 2 tablespoons cacoa powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 ml milk
  • For your filling

  • 140 g mascarpone
  • 80 ml cream
  • 30 g powdered sugar
  • 90 g cherries in syrup of in liquer
  • To top off

  • 1 quantity powdered sugar or chocolate silvers

Directions

Step 1

First make the chocolate pancakes. Dissolve the cocoa powder in the milk.

Step 2

Add the eggs and the mix and beat to a smooth batter.

Step 3

Melt a knob of butter in a frying pan.

Step 4

Pour a spoon of batter into the pan. Fry the pancakes until both sides are done. Do not fry them too long, otherwise the cocoa will become bitter.

 

 

Step 5

Keep the pancakes warm in the oven.

Step 6

Mix the mascarpone with the cream and the powdered sugar and beat gently.

Step 7

Fold the pancakes in two, then roll them into a cone.

Step 8

Place the rolled-up pancakes in an cup.

Step 9

Using an icing bag, squeeze a few blobs of mascarpone filling into the pancake.

Step 10

Decorate with a few cherries. Finish with powdered sugar or chocolate slivers.
